What it is
The Biasi BI1011504 is a directional valve actuator kit for Biasi gas boilers. It drives the directional (diverter) valve that switches the appliance between central heating and domestic hot water production. The kit is used across the Prisma, Savio GAIA, Garda and RIVA boiler families.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Domestic hot water runs cold or only lukewarm while the boiler is otherwise firing
- Radiators heat up when a hot water tap is opened
- No changeover between heating and hot water when the demand switches
- The actuator head does not move or respond when the valve is called to change position
- The valve stays stuck in one mode, leaving either heating or hot water permanently unavailable
Before you order
- Confirm your boiler model and, where shown, its GC number against the fitment list above
- Check the markings on the existing actuator to confirm the part number matches BI1011504
- Inspect the valve body as well as the actuator, as a seized body may also need attention
- Verify the appliance is a Biasi model from the ranges listed before ordering
