What it is
The Biasi BI1001109 is a flat 3/8 inch gasket that seals the NTC temperature probe where it fits into the boiler. It is used across the Biasi gas boiler range, including the Garda, RIVA, Parva, Prisma and GAIA families. The gasket forms a watertight joint at the probe boss, keeping the connection sealed under normal operating pressure and temperature.

- Water weeping or dripping from around the NTC probe
- The gasket is hardened, flattened or cracked
- Scale or corrosion around the probe seating face
- Intermittent or inaccurate temperature readings from the probe
- Damp staining or water marks on the boiler casing below the probe

- Fit a new gasket whenever the probe is removed and refitted
