What it is
A straight tundish manufactured by Altecnic, supplied as a 22mm x 28mm unit with plastic nuts and olives. It forms part of the discharge pipework on boiler installations, providing a visible air break and a point where discharge from a safety device can be seen. The tundish is the fitting that allows water passing through the discharge pipe to be observed before it continues to the final point of discharge.
