The Altecnic 35mm Ball Valve with Red Lever Handle is a manual isolation valve used on heating and boiler pipework. The ball valve body carries a red lever handle, which is turned a quarter turn to open or close the flow through the pipe. It is part of the Altecnic ball valve range.

• The lever no longer turns freely, or feels stiff, gritty or seized through its quarter-turn arc.
• Water weeps from the spindle, the lever stem or the body joint with the valve in the closed position.
• The valve will not isolate fully, with flow continuing past the ball when the handle is turned across.
• Visible corrosion, scaling or cracking on the valve body or connection ends.
• The lever handle is broken, missing or slips on the spindle instead of turning the ball.

• Confirm the pipework or fitting size is 35mm before ordering.
• Check the valve position and the clearance available for the lever handle to swing through its quarter turn.
