What it is
The Altecnic Ball Type Pump Valve is an isolation valve with a 28mm connection and a 1 1/2" female threaded port, designed for fitting at the pump on a heating system. It uses a ball valve mechanism so the pump can be isolated from the pipework for servicing or removal. It belongs to the Altecnic ball valve range.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water weeping or dripping from the valve spindle when the lever is operated or at rest
