What it is
The Firebird ACC012PVL is a 12 litre expansion vessel used on Firebird oil-fired boilers. It absorbs the volume change of water as the system heats and cools, holding system pressure within the range the boiler expects. It is a sealed diaphragm vessel fitted within the appliance casing.
