What it is
The A1P is a replacement actuator from EPH Controls, intended for EPH-V type motorised valves in a 2-port configuration. The actuator is the drive head that opens and closes the valve in response to a control signal from the programmer, thermostat or zone control. It is supplied as the actuator unit for fitting to an existing EPH-V valve body.
Before you order
- Confirm the existing valve body is an EPH-V type, as this actuator is specific to that valve range.
- Check that the valve is a 2-port pattern before ordering.
- Read the part marking on the existing actuator where it is accessible, and compare it against the A1P reference.
- Check the control and wiring arrangement at the valve position is compatible with the EPH-V actuator.
