What it is
This is an EOGB filter assembly with a 3/8" connection, supplied with a paper filter element and an aluminium bowl. It filters the fuel supply at 15 micron, trapping particulate before it reaches the burner. It is intended for use on EOGB appliances.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Reduced fuel flow or a drop in pressure across the filter housing
- Burner lockout or unstable flame that clears after cleaning the element
- Visible sediment, sludge or discolouration in the bowl
- A paper element that is swollen, collapsed or contaminated
- Fuel weeping from the bowl seal or housing
Before you order
- Confirm the connection size on your appliance is 3/8"
- Check the required filtration rating is 15 micron
- Verify the bowl material and element type match the existing assembly
- Check your appliance model against the manufacturer's parts list
