What it is
The Ariston 995407 is the connecting cable for the low water pressure switch on Ariston Microsystem RFFI boilers. It carries the switch signal back to the boiler's control circuit, allowing the appliance to detect low system water pressure and respond accordingly. This cable applies to appliances from serial number 2320106400001 onwards.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Boiler locks out or fails to fire despite adequate system pressure
- Low water pressure fault code or warning appears with no pressure loss present
- Cable insulation is cracked, chafed or heat-damaged near the switch or PCB
- Connector terminals are corroded, loose or show continuity faults when tested
- Intermittent pressure-related faults that clear when the cable is moved
