What it is

The Grundfos CONLIFT1 LS is an automatic condensate removal pump from the CONLIFT 1 range. It collects condensate that gathers below sewer level, or in positions where the water cannot drain away by natural downward slope to the building's drainage system. Once the tank fills to its switching level, the pump lifts the condensate away through a small-bore discharge line.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Condensate backing up in the appliance or overflowing from the tank area
  • The pump running continuously without clearing the water
  • The pump failing to start when the tank is full, or cutting out under load
  • Water visible around the base of the boiler or the pump housing
  • Grinding, rattling or unusually loud running noise from the pump

Before you order

  • Confirm the model and part number on the existing pump match CONLIFT1 LS and 98452219
  • Check the supply is 230 V single phase, 50 Hz, and that the 1.7 m cable can reach the connection point
  • Note that no plug is fitted, so the cable must be terminated on site
  • Check the inlet and outlet hose sizes against the 18-32 mm inlet and 8-10 mm outlet connections
