What it is

The Baxi 95607067 is a flexible expansion vessel hose supplied for Baxi Assure ErP SystemFit appliances. It carries water between the expansion vessel and the rest of the heating circuit, allowing the vessel to absorb the pressure changes that occur as the system heats and cools. The hose is a serviceable item, so it can be renewed on its own when the original has hardened, split or started to weep at the connection.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • System pressure drops repeatedly and needs topping up more often than usual
  • Water weeping or staining around the hose union at the expansion vessel or pipework
  • Visible cracking, perishing or hardening of the hose material
  • Kinked or collapsed hose restricting flow to the expansion vessel
  • Pressure gauge swinging sharply as the appliance heats up, suggesting the vessel is not being fed correctly

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model and serial number against the compatibility list, as the same part number is used across several Assure ErP SystemFit outputs
  • Check the alternative number 1735052 against any documentation you have for the appliance
  • Inspect the union seals and washers while the hose is off, and renew them if they are compressed or damaged
  • Isolate and drain the relevant section of the system before removing the hose
