The Heatrae Sadia 95605873 is a 3.0 bar pressure reducing valve cartridge used in Heatrae Sadia unvented hot water cylinders and Electromax appliances. It forms the pressure-regulating element of the valve, controlling the incoming mains supply down to a stable 3.0 bar before the water enters the cylinder. It is supplied as a cartridge rather than a complete valve body.

- Discharge from the cylinder pressure relief valve, indicating the reducing valve is passing pressure downstream
- Hot water outlet pressure running higher than normal or fluctuating between draws
- Banging, humming or water hammer on the cold mains inlet to the cylinder
- The valve sticking or failing to hold its set pressure, often from scale or debris
- Reduced or inconsistent flow through the valve
