What it is
The Plumbright Endfeed Reducing Tee 22x22x15mm is a copper capillary fitting used to branch a smaller pipe off a larger run in soldered pipework. It is manufactured by Plumbright. Being an endfeed fitting, the joint is formed with solder and flux applied separately rather than a pre-loaded solder ring.
