What it is
The UCP 1.023560 is an 8 litre expansion vessel supplied under the CB/SY/CD designation for gas boiler installations. It provides a sealed volume that absorbs the expansion of system water as it heats, helping to keep circuit pressure stable. The vessel is listed within the gas boiler spares range under expansion vessels.
Before you order
- Confirm the existing vessel is marked 1.023560, or that the CB/SY/CD designation matches the appliance documentation.
- Check that an 8 litre capacity is the correct size for the installation.
- Confirm the system can be depressurised and drained as required before the old vessel is removed.
- Check access and the vessel mounting arrangement at the installation point before ordering.
