What it is
A 6-hole flange gasket for Ariston Classico HE2 STD/STI and Protech STD/STI unvented cylinders. It seals the flange plate where the immersion/thermostat assembly fits into the cylinder.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Weeping or dripping around the flange plate
- Visible perishing or flattening of the gasket
- Corrosion on the flange bolts from a slow leak
- The cylinder loses pressure over time
