What it is

The Intergas O-ring 68mm x 4mm is a circular sealing ring supplied for Intergas gas boilers, including the Combi Compact and Compact HRE ranges. It fits into a joint face to form a watertight seal and prevent weeping or dripping at the connection. As a consumable seal, it is replaced whenever the joint is disturbed or the ring shows signs of ageing.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Water weeping or dripping from the joint the ring seals
  • The ring is visibly cracked, split or perished
  • The ring has flattened or hardened and no longer sits proud of its groove
  • Scale, sludge or debris is embedded in the sealing face
  • A leak returns shortly after the joint is reassembled
