What it is
The Worcester Bosch 87483002760 is a printed circuit board (PCB) used in the 28CDi RSF range of combi boilers. It is the main control board, handling ignition sequencing, flame supervision, fan and pump operation, and the boiler's safety interlocks. It is supplied as a direct replacement for the board fitted to these appliances.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The boiler fails to fire, or locks out with no ignition fault present at the electrode or gas valve.
- A dead or blank control panel, with no display and no response to demand.
- Erratic operation, such as the pump or fan running when there is no call for heat or hot water.
- Repeated lockouts that clear on reset and then return shortly afterwards.
- Fault codes pointing to board communication, flame supervision or internal control faults.
