What it is

Signs this part needs replacing

- Cracked, brittle or otherwise damaged insulation along the length of the lead
- A loose, pulled or poorly secured connection at either end of the cable
- Earth continuity readings outside the expected range when tested
Before you order
- Check the boiler's model name and GC number on the data badge against the fit list above
- Confirm the part number 8737604663 matches the marking on the existing cable or in the appliance documentation
- Confirm whether the appliance is the NG or LPG variant of the same output
- Inspect the connection points so any additional damaged terminals can be identified at the same time
