What it is

The Worcester Bosch Cable Acu-L LV is a low voltage connecting cable supplied by Worcester Bosch under part number 8737603347. It forms part of the electrical wiring on Greenstar 2000 Combi GR2300IW appliances, carrying low voltage signals between the boiler's controls and connected components.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible damage to the cable sheath, such as cuts, chafing or heat marking
  • Exposed or broken conductors at the connector ends
  • Cracked, corroded or loose terminal plugs that will not seat securely
  • Intermittent faults or loss of communication between the boiler and its controls
  • The appliance failing to run or locking out where the low voltage connection is the suspected cause

Before you order

  • Confirm the boiler model is a Greenstar 2000 Combi GR2300IW 25 C or 30 C
  • Check whether the appliance is NG or LPG, as both variants are covered by this cable
  • Compare the connector arrangement and routing on the existing cable before fitting
  • Confirm the part number 8737603347 against the existing component or the appliance literature
