What it is

The Worcester Bosch 87186908080 is a plastic rivet bush used in the assembly of Greenstar Danesmoor and Heatslave II oil-fired boilers. It forms the fixing point where a rivet or similar fastener secures a panel or component to the appliance. It is supplied as an individual component.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Cracked, split or deformed plastic bush
  • Bush no longer grips the rivet or fastener, leaving the panel loose
  • Bush missing after servicing or panel removal
  • Rattling or movement from a panel the bush secures
  • Brittle or discoloured plastic caused by heat ageing

Before you order

  • Confirm your boiler model against the fit list above
  • Check the existing bush against the part number or compare it with the removed component
  • Confirm how many bushes are required for the repair
