What it is
The Worcester Bosch pipe, part number 87186841450, is the pipe run that connects the pump to the SHE (secondary heat exchanger) within the appliance. It is used on the Greenstar Heatslave II 25/32 ErP family of oil-fired combi boilers. The pipe carries primary water between the two components as part of the boiler's internal hydraulic circuit.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Visible water weeping or a drip trail along the pipe or at its connections
- Corrosion, pitting or surface rust on the pipe wall
- Scale or sludge build-up restricting flow through the pipe
- Damp staining or mineral deposits around the pump or SHE connection points
- Pipe deformation or a joint that will not seal after re-tightening
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance model and whether it is the standard or EXT 25/32 ErP variant
- Check the part number against the existing pipe or the appliance's parts listing
- Inspect the pump and SHE connection points for damage before refitting
- Check whether any seals, washers or clips required for the joint are supplied with the pipe or ordered separately
