What it is
The Worcester Bosch photocell, Satronic MZ770S, is a flame-sensing component that sits in the burner of Danesmoor, Greenstar oil and Heatslave appliances. It detects the presence of a flame in the combustion chamber and passes that signal back to the burner control box, which decides whether the appliance continues to fire or shuts down on lockout. The part is supplied complete with its mounting flange and connecting lead.
