What it is
The Worcester Bosch 87161411900 is an air flow sensor used on Worcester Bosch CBI and SBI appliances. It sits in the combustion air circuit and reports air movement back to the appliance control board, which uses that signal to confirm the fan is running and the flue path is clear before allowing the burner to light. When the sensor stops reporting correctly, the board will not permit ignition and the appliance either fails to fire or drops into lockout.
