What it is

The Worcester Bosch 10 litre Type E-W flow regulator is a replacement valve that governs the direction and rate at which fluid moves through the appliance. In some installations it also performs a check valve function, preventing fluid from travelling back into parts of the system where it should not go. It is supplied as a spare for Worcester Bosch Greenstar and CDi series appliances.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Flow rate through the appliance drops or becomes inconsistent
  • Fluid moves in the wrong direction, pointing to a failed check valve function
  • Scale or system debris restricts movement inside the regulator
  • Hot water delivery becomes erratic or the temperature fluctuates
  • The valve body or its connections show visible wear or damage
