What it is
The SIPHON HORSESHOE 4000 is a syphon hose manufactured by Worcester Bosch for the Greenstar 4000 System boiler range. It forms part of the condensate syphon assembly, carrying condensate away from the trap. The horseshoe shape allows the hose to sit within the boiler casing while maintaining the water seal in the condensate path.

- Water or condensate leaking from the syphon area inside the casing
- Visible cracking, splitting or perishing of the hose, particularly at the bend
- Condensate collecting in the boiler instead of draining away
