What it is

The Worcester Bosch 8716117435 is a gas conversion kit for the Greenstar 12i ErP System appliance range. It contains the components needed to set the appliance up for the correct gas family at its 12kW output rating. The kit is used at commissioning or whenever the appliance is being matched to a different gas supply.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The appliance is being switched between natural gas and LPG and the fitted components do not match the new gas family.
  • Combustion readings sit outside the manufacturer's stated range after a change of gas supply.
  • The burner flame is unstable, lifting or visibly different from the expected pattern following conversion.
  • The appliance fails to light or repeatedly locks out after the gas family has been changed.
  • Commissioning records require the correct conversion kit to be logged against the appliance.

Before you order

  • Check the appliance GC number and data plate against the compatibility list before ordering.
  • Confirm the gas family required (NG or LPG) and that the appliance is the 12kW System variant.
  • Quote the alternative number 1031327 if your supplier lists the kit under a different reference.
