What it is
The Worcester Bosch 87161134090 is a tundish used in the discharge pipework of Worcester heating appliances. It provides an air gap in the relief valve discharge path so that any discharge is visible. It is listed for Worcester Greensource air/water heat pumps and Greenstore combi boilers.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water escaping from around the tundish rather than passing cleanly through it
- Scale, debris or corrosion visible inside the tundish body
- Cracks or splits in the tundish, or a loose or damaged connection to the discharge pipe
