What it is
The Worcester Bosch 87161118530 is a natural gas to LPG conversion kit for the Greenstar 24I System boiler. It applies to appliances built before FD 683. Fitting the kit allows the boiler to run on LPG rather than natural gas.
Signs this part needs replacing
- The boiler is being moved to an LPG supply and no conversion kit is fitted
- The appliance is running on the wrong gas type for its current setup
- Poor ignition, unstable flame or incorrect combustion readings after a fuel change
- An existing conversion kit is missing, incomplete or damaged
Before you order
- Confirm the boiler is a Worcester Greenstar 24I System
- Check the appliance was built before FD 683, as later builds use a different kit
- Confirm the intended fuel supply is LPG
- Verify the current gas type and that conversion is actually required
