What it is

The Worcester Bosch 87161111240 is a mounting bracket for the air pressure switch. It holds the air pressure switch in its correct position on Worcester Bosch gas boilers in the SI II RSF range. The bracket is a service part used when the switch mounting is damaged or the switch cannot be secured correctly.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The bracket is cracked, snapped or deformed
  • The air pressure switch is loose or can move within its mounting
  • Corrosion or heat damage is visible around the bracket
  • Boiler lockout or pressure switch fault codes linked to a displaced switch
  • The switch cannot be held at the correct position during service

Before you order

  • Confirm your boiler model matches one of the fitments listed above
  • Check the part number on the existing bracket or against the manufacturer's parts list
  • Verify the air pressure switch itself is serviceable before replacing the bracket
