What it is
The Worcester Bosch baffle set, part 87161070460, is a heat exchanger component for Ri, Greenstar and ZWBE appliances. The baffles sit in the flueways of the heat exchanger, slowing the passage of hot combustion gases so more heat is transferred into the water circuit before the gases leave the appliance. They are a serviceable item and can corrode, distort or become coated with debris over the life of the boiler.
