Worcester Bosch Gas Manifold Assembly Banana 87161067960

The Worcester Bosch 87161067960 is a gas manifold assembly, commonly referred to as a "banana" manifold because of its curved profile. It sits within the internal pipework of the boiler and controls the routing of gas and air through to the burner, so correct fit and a sound seal are essential to safe combustion.

It is supplied as a Worcester Bosch spare and is listed under the part type burner assembly. The manifold is a gas-carrying component and is used across a large number of Greenstar models.

• The boiler fails to light, or locks out repeatedly after ignition attempts
• An unstable, weak or lifting flame at the burner, with combustion readings outside the expected range
• Visible corrosion, cracking, distortion or soot build-up on the manifold body
• A smell of gas, or a leak detected at the manifold joints or connections
• Whistling, popping or unusual noise from the burner area during firing

• Check the appliance model and GC number against the compatibility list before ordering, as this manifold is used across a wide spread of Greenstar variants.
• Confirm the part number on the existing component matches 87161067960.
• Have a suitable gasket or seal ready, as the manifold joint seal should be renewed when the assembly is disturbed.
• This part is fitted to a gas appliance; installation must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
