The DT20 RF twin channel digital receiver is a wireless programmer supplied by Worcester Bosch for its Greenstar and i Junior series boilers. It acts as the clock, timer or time switch for the installation, switching the heating circuit and the domestic hot water circuit independently so each can run to its own schedule. Twin channel operation means the two services are controlled separately rather than from a single shared programme.

• Heating or hot water fails to come on at the times set on the programmer.
• The receiver stops responding to the room thermostat or controller commands.
• The display or indicator on the unit is blank, dim or unresponsive.
• The boiler runs continuously, or not at all, regardless of the programme selected.
• Operation becomes intermittent, with schedules dropping out part way through the day.
