Worcester Bosch Pipe - Return 87161065300

The Worcester Bosch 87161065300 is a return pipe used in the Greenstar Ri range of gas boilers. It forms part of the boiler's water circuit, carrying water back from the heating system to be reheated. It is supplied as a pipe assembly component for the Ri and Greenstar families.

• Visible weeping or water tracking at the pipe joints or unions
• Corrosion, pitting or surface rust along the pipe body
• Scale or sludge build-up restricting flow through the return circuit
• Kettling or unusual noise from the boiler linked to poor return flow
• Repeated pressure loss that traces back to the return pipework

• Confirm your boiler model and GC number against the manufacturer's parts list
• Check the pipe variant and connections match the appliance being worked on
• Inspect associated seals, washers and unions for wear and replace if required
• Verify the fault is with the return pipe and not an adjacent component in the circuit
