What it is
The Worcester Bosch membrane kit is a hydraulic spare built around the diverter valve section of the boiler. The diverter valve appears only in combi boilers, where it routes heated water either to the central heating circuit or to the domestic hot water outlet. This kit supplies the membrane element used within that assembly under part number 87155058250.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Domestic hot water runs cold or only lukewarm while the heating circuit works normally
- Radiators begin to heat when a hot tap is opened
- Hot water temperature fluctuates or drops when a second outlet is used
