What it is
The Worcester Bosch 87133011130 is a 1/2 inch compression nut with a 15 mm connection, supplied as a spare for compatible Worcester Bosch Greenstar appliances. It forms the mechanical joint that compresses an olive onto the pipework to create a watertight seal. It is used where the original nut has been lost, damaged or cross-threaded during servicing or repair.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Water weeping or dripping from the compression joint
- Visible corrosion or scale build-up on the nut
- Rounded or damaged flats where a spanner has slipped
- Cross-threaded or seized nut that will not tighten or undo cleanly
- Damp staining around the joint after servicing
Before you order
- Confirm your appliance model against the fit list above.
- Check the pipe size at the joint is 15 mm and the thread is 1/2 inch.
- Inspect the olive and pipework — a new nut alone will not seal a damaged olive.
- Check whether the nut is supplied as part of a larger assembly on your model.
