Worcester Bosch Mode Selector Knob 87131040410

The Worcester Bosch 87131040410 is a mode selector knob for Greenstar series gas appliances. It mounts on the control panel and provides the physical interface for selecting the appliance's operating mode. Because it is a mechanical control part, wear normally shows as a knob that no longer grips its spindle or no longer aligns with the panel markings.

• The knob turns freely on the spindle without changing the appliance mode.
• The selector feels stiff, gritty or binds part way through its travel.
• The knob is cracked, split or has come away from the control panel.
• The pointer no longer lines up with the mode markings on the fascia.
• The appliance stays in one mode regardless of where the selector is set.

• Check the GC number on the appliance data badge against the compatibility list before ordering.
• The alternative number 1012741 may appear in place of 87131040410 on older documentation.
• This part is fitted to a gas appliance; installation must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
