What it is
The Worcester Bosch 87054070060 is an 8 litre expansion vessel from the Worcester Bosch spare parts range. It provides the expansion volume within a sealed heating system, accepting the increase in water volume as the system heats and limiting the resulting rise in pressure. The vessel is a service component, so it is normally fitted when the existing vessel has lost its charge or its diaphragm has failed.
Before you order
- Confirm the capacity of the vessel currently fitted matches 8 litres before ordering.
- Check the part number 87054070060 against the appliance documentation or the marking on the existing vessel.
- Inspect the connection and mounting arrangement on the existing vessel so the replacement can be fitted without modification.
