What it is
This is an MHS burner complete, listed by the manufacturer as the smooth burner variant and identified by part number Z856025488. It is a burner assembly for a gas boiler, supplied in complete form so the whole burner unit is replaced rather than individual burner components. The burner carries the gas/air mixture to the combustion surface where ignition and flame stabilisation take place.
Before you order
- Confirm the manufacturer part number Z856025488 matches the number on the existing burner or the boiler's parts listing.
- Check that the boiler requires the complete burner assembly rather than an individual burner component.
- Verify the smooth burner variant is the correct type for the appliance, as burner variants are not necessarily interchangeable.
- Refer to the appliance manufacturer's instructions for burner removal, fitting and any required gas-tightness checks after replacement, and confirm that any associated gaskets or seals are available before work begins.
