What it is
The MHS Z856013831 is an O ring intended for the gas valve outlet on gas boilers. It is supplied by MHS as a sealing component within the gas valve assembly, where it seals the outlet connection against gas leakage. It is listed in the O rings, washers and gaskets category of gas boiler spares.
Before you order
- Confirm the manufacturer part number Z856013831 matches the O ring called for on your appliance or in the manufacturer's literature.
- Check that the part is specified for the gas valve outlet position, as O rings for other ports and connections are usually not interchangeable.
- If the existing O ring has been removed, retain it for comparison of bore, section and profile before ordering.
- Gas-carrying components should only be worked on by a competent, registered engineer.
