What it is
The MHS Z848057890 is a top casing hood, the upper outer casing panel that closes off the top of a gas boiler and shields the internal components beneath it. It is supplied without a fascia cover, so the existing fascia or a separately sourced cover is retained. This is a casing component from the MHS gas boiler spares range.
Before you order
- Check the existing top casing hood carries the same MHS part number, Z848057890, as boiler casing panels are model specific.
- Confirm whether your boiler still has a serviceable fascia cover, since this item is supplied without one.
- Verify the boiler model and GC number against the manufacturer's parts listing before ordering.
- Inspect the retaining fixings and clips on the existing hood, as these are not listed as part of this item.
