What it is

The Viessmann ionisation electrode (part 7834038) is a flame-sensing component used on Vitodens 200-W 19 kW appliances. It sits in the combustion circuit and provides the flame signal the control unit needs to confirm that ignition has taken place and to keep the burner running safely. This version is supplied with a nickel ferrule for the Zyl. 19 kW application.
