What it is

The Baxi 7826101 is a pipe for the expansion vessel, supplied by Baxi for use on compatible combi and system boilers in the 400, 600, 800 and Assure ranges. It forms the connection between the expansion vessel and the boiler's hydraulic circuit, allowing the vessel to absorb pressure changes as the system heats and cools.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • Visible corrosion, pitting or staining along the pipe run
  • Weeping or dripping at the pipe joints or at the expansion vessel connection
  • Repeated loss of system pressure with no other obvious cause
  • Water tracking down the pipe from the vessel connection
  • Pipe deformation or a joint that will not seal after re-making
