What it is
The Viessmann 7819971 is an automatic air vent with a shut-off base, with a 3/8" connection and designated Type 62. It is fitted to Viessmann Vitodens 100-W and Vitodens 200 series boilers to release trapped air from the heating circuit. The shut-off base allows the vent to be isolated and removed without draining the system.
