What it is

The controls cover assembly is a Baxi component, part number 7763999, used on Assure System boilers. It forms the outer cover over the appliance controls area, protecting the control components and presenting the finished front face of the boiler. It is listed for the Assure System range across 12kW, 15kW, 18kW and 24kW outputs, including LPG variants.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The cover is cracked, split or visibly damaged
  • Fixing lugs or retaining points have broken, so the cover will not secure
  • The cover no longer sits flush against the casing
  • Impact damage or heat discolouration has affected the cover

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model is a Baxi Assure System boiler
  • Check the kW output matches one of the ratings listed above
  • Check whether the appliance is natural gas or LPG
