What it is
The Anode-Mag Hex Head is a magnesium sacrificial anode manufactured for Andrews water heaters. Fitted inside the cylinder, it corrodes in preference to the steel vessel wall, protecting the tank lining from electrolytic attack. It is supplied under Andrews part number 7721569.

- The anode has not been inspected within the manufacturer's recommended interval
