The Worcester Bosch 7716191085 is a 45 degree flue bend for 60/100mm concentric flue systems. It is used to offset a flue run, steering the air intake and flue gas path around an obstruction or towards the terminal position while keeping the correct fall and clearances. The bend is finished in white to match the standard Worcester Bosch flue range.

• Visible cracking, distortion or impact damage to the bend body
• Condensate staining, drips or white deposits at the joint or along the bend
• Discoloured or perished internal seals allowing flue gases or air to escape
• Flue gas analyser readings outside the expected range, or combustion readings that cannot be set correctly
• The flue run no longer clears an obstruction or meets the required terminal position after building or roof work

• Confirm the flue system is 60/100mm concentric before fitting this bend
• Check the boiler model and flue route to make sure a 45 degree offset is the correct component for the installation
• Inspect the existing seals and joints and replace any that are perished at the same time
• This part is fitted to a gas appliance; installation must be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer.
