What it is

The Baxi 7690352 is a printed circuit board (PCB) supplied for the Baxi Combi 33 5 Coil appliance. It is the main control board, handling the sequencing of ignition, fan operation, pump running and the safety interlocks that keep the boiler working within its design limits. As a factory-specified board it carries the connector layout and software configuration matched to this combi model.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The boiler locks out repeatedly and will not complete an ignition sequence.
  • No heating or hot water demand is registered, with the display dead or showing no response to controls.
  • Fan, pump or diverter operation becomes erratic, or the boiler runs through a start cycle and stops.
  • Fault codes appear on the display that clear only temporarily after a reset.
  • Visible damage on the board itself, such as scorching, a blown track or a swollen capacitor.

Before you order

  • Confirm the appliance model and GC number from the data plate, then match them against the compatibility list on this page.
  • Check the part number printed on the existing board against BAXI7690352 before removal, as board revisions are model-specific.
  • Inspect the wiring loom, connectors and any seals disturbed during access, and replace them if they show heat damage or brittleness.
  • Work on the appliance should be carried out by a competent engineer, with the electrical supply isolated before the board is unplugged.
