What it is

The Baxi 7661139 is a wiring harness for the three-way valve assembly on Baxi ErP Combi boilers. It carries the electrical connection between the valve actuator and the boiler control board, allowing the valve to be driven between the central heating and domestic hot water positions. It is a Baxi spare produced for the 124 and 128 ErP Combi range.

Signs this part needs replacing

  • The three-way valve does not move between heating and hot water positions
  • The boiler stays in heating mode when hot water is drawn, or the reverse
  • Fault codes or lockouts linked to the valve or the domestic hot water circuit
  • Visible damage to the plug, pins or connector housing
  • Chafed, cracked or broken conductors along the harness
  • Valve operation becomes intermittent and changes when the harness is disturbed
