What it is
The Left Panel Assembly is a left-hand casing panel for Potterton Commercial Sirius 2 WH90 and WH110 boilers. It closes off the left side of the appliance casing, retaining the boiler's outer profile and protecting the components behind it. It is supplied by Potterton Commercial under part number 7660989.
Signs this part needs replacing
- Corrosion, rust staining or blistering paint on the existing left-hand panel
- Dents, buckling or impact damage that prevents the panel sitting flush
- Cracks, tears or metal fatigue around the panel edges or fixing points
- Fixings that no longer hold the panel securely in place
- Heat discolouration or warping of the panel surface
Before you order
- Confirm the appliance is a Potterton Commercial Sirius 2 WH90 or WH110
- Check the boiler was manufactured from April 2016 onwards
- Confirm the damaged panel is the left-hand one, not the right-hand panel
- Check the surrounding casing panels and fixings for damage before fitting
