Baxi Hydraulic Block Complete 12 Litre 7659562

The Baxi hydraulic block complete is a 12 litre assembly used within the hydraulic circuit of Baxi ErP Combi boilers. It forms the central water-carrying component of the appliance, handling the flow and return paths between the heat exchanger, pump and heating circuit. This is the complete block assembly rather than an individual sub-component.

• Water weeping or visible staining around the hydraulic block body or its connections
• Persistent system pressure loss that cannot be traced to the expansion vessel, PRV or other components
• Corrosion, scale build-up or debris restricting flow through the block
• Poor or inconsistent heating and hot water performance linked to restricted flow in the hydraulic circuit
• Cracks or damage to the block casting or its ports

• Confirm the boiler model against the rating plate, as this block is listed for the 228 ErP Combi and 428 ErP Combi only
• Check the existing block is the 12 litre variant before ordering
• Establish whether the complete block is required or whether only an individual component within the assembly has failed
• Isolate and drain the appliance before removal, and check that seals and connections are sound on refitting
